We specialize in smoked anything and everything. Beef jerky, snack sticks & cheese to traditional brisket, homemade sausage, chicken & pork. Our smoked products are featured on the restaurant menu or you can grab some to prepare at home from our case! We can also cater your special event in our private banquet rooms or we can come to you! We offer full service, drop off, pick up and food truck service!
